You can decide what level of detail you want to share with prospective buyers via your listing and you can screen all requests you receive from registered buyers. We don't reveal any contact details such as your email address, telephone number or name so it is up to you what level of detail you want to share once you have screened a buyer. All messages from buyers are delivered to you through the LocalBizForSale.com email system. This means that your anonymity can be protected at all times.

Buyers send an email request by clicking the ‘Contact Seller’ button on your listing. The request will be delivered to you via the LocalBizForSale.com platform along with the contact information of the interested buyer. Once you have screened the buyer you may contact them directly. For Free Trial listings you will receive notification of any queries received from interested buyers and you can see the buyer's full contact details once you have upgraded to a paid plan.

You can prepare your business listing in a few easy steps. Start with the simple registration process by clicking on the Sign Up button.
